Context:

Product reviews play a significant role for retailers, especially in digital channels. In the absence of a physical way to experience products, shoppers turn to feedback from other shoppers to gain insights. For retailers, understanding guest sentiment by analyzing product reviews improves how we curate products and recommendations, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience and deepening guest engagement.
